UPDATE: The Guelph Police would like to thank the public for their assistance. Jazpar was located safe and was spoken to.

On November 26, 2018, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Jazper ACHESON a 17-year-old male was last seen on Quebec Street.

ACHESON is described as white, 5’6”, 130lbs, short dark hair with pale red streaks and wears glasses.  He was wearing black pants, a black jacket, black boots, and a camouflage sweatshirt.
